We were all humans until race disconnected us, religion separated us, politics divided us and wealth classified us

The world we live in now is facing issues of poverty and hunger, harsh discrimination of people, collapsing nations and failing governments. The world is running rampant with problems that are required to be overcome, issues that strike deep in the hearts of every citizen of this world, difficulties that no one should ever have to face. Taking charge of making all of our countries better places to live in, the Economic and Social Council looks to improve social well being of the people and their standards of living.

Fighting for and making an improvement in the current situation of the lives of millions, enhancing their mental and emotional health, is what most countries are hoping to achieve. Innovative thinking and reflection on monetary and community based policies upheld by many governments and coming up with resolutions by

working with other nations is the aim of the delegates of this Council. It plays an important role in nurturing international cooperation for the purpose of sustainable development, an idea that is slowly becoming a necessity for all countries.

 

Delegates, we present to you, the ECOSOC, where we hope you make decisions that are focused on promoting social progress, economic development and human rights.
